2.1 Royal Paradise Beach Resort & Spa promotes its accommodation, hospitality, and related services through this Site. You may make reservations or bookings for accommodation and other services offered by the Resort. All matters related to bookings, payments, cancellations, and policies are governed by our General Terms & Conditions, which you are advised to read carefully before making a reservation. Any booking is considered valid only upon receipt of a written Booking Confirmation issued by Royal Paradise Beach Resort & Spa.

2.2 All prices displayed on our Site are in Euros (€). If you make a booking from outside Greece or from a country that does not use the Euro as its official currency, your bank or card provider may apply additional conversion or transaction fees.

2.3 By using this Site to make a booking or reservation, you warrant that:
a) You are at least 18 years old;
b) You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement;
c) If you book on behalf of third parties, you have the authority to do so and will inform them of these Terms;
d) All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete;
e) You will not make any fraudulent, misleading, or speculative booking.

2.4 You may not book more than five (5) rooms for the same period through the Site. For group bookings, you must contact the Resort directly.

2.5 Our pricing policy is subject to change from one year to another, including for reservations made for future periods.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

3.1 Our Site may include services or offers provided by third parties, including concierge or excursion services. We do not control such third parties and are not responsible for their terms, policies, safety standards, or service execution. Any engagement with third-party services is undertaken at your own risk.

3.2 By purchasing any third-party product or service through our Site, you agree to be bound by that third party’s applicable terms, including payment, cancellation, liability, and availability conditions.

4. ACCESS RESTRICTION
